About

Forces Recruiting Ltd offer a network of support and assistance to all service leavers from within the Army, Navy and RAF. We offer various recruitment, resettlement training and franchise opportunities, with Colleges and Universities also offering courses for forces personnel. We provide links to forces organisations such as The Career Transition Partnership (CTP) Enhanced Learning Credit Scheme (ELC) along with charities such as our chosen charity partner Combat Stress who provide support to service leavers battling PTSD.

Our aim is to create greater awareness of the Military Covenant ensuring that service leavers have a sources of readily available information on resources available to them and that employers recognise the value of the craft and management skills, teamwork and leadership values inherent in military service, ensuring greater job opportunities. We aim to ensure that no service leaver wishing to work remains unemployed.

How we ensure this is by offering as much information as possible to the service leaver prior to their resettlement process. Magazines are a good way of seeing what is available within different industries, however it can be a difficult decision knowing which company to place your trust in when choosing a new career path.

Our website and DVDs offer variations to static print adverts. You can view our flipbook section which unlike an advert will enable the service leaver to view more information on each company. The flipbook would be ideal for Colleges and Universities as this will allow all courses to be shown rather than one particular area. This benefits the advertiser and the service leaver. A link to each companies website is also included to allow instant access and enquiries.

Our DVD clips are hosted on our 20,000 DVDs that are sent through all resettlement and education centres as well as HIVES, Libraries and Job Centre Plus offices. This is further enhanced by our social media platforms such as LinkedIn Youtube Facebook and Twitter. The DVD clips give an insight in to where you will be trained, as well as who will be training you and show premises, classrooms, workshops equipment and testimonials from those attending the course.
